Flameskull is probably a card that will make big waves in its time in Standard, especially once rotation happens in the fall
My conditions for success here are as follows: dominant deck runs 4 copies or 2-3 consistent decks run 2-3 copies and format stays slow enough for a do nothing 4-drop to matter Im also only 75% sure this isnt playable in Modern or Legacy, since funny ways to donate it to opponents might be found
